zSpace, a San Jose-based provider of commercial augmented reality and virtual reality technology in the education market, has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Edtech X II, the Nasdaq-listed London-based special purpose acquisition company, that would result in zSpace becoming a publicly traded company.
