Tresmares Capital, an independent private capital fund manager focused on the lower middle-market with offices in London and Madrid, has acquired a minority stake in Exam Papers Plus (EPP), a London-based publisher of test prep materials focusing on selective schools’ admission exams, SATs and GCSE exams.
