Study Group paid an initial £10m for Insendi

Study Group, the Ardian-backed provider of academic pathways programmes, paid an initial £10.0m (net of cash acquired of £1.0m) in February 2020, to acquire Insendi, a digital learning experience platform for university business schools, according to the recently filed accounts of Study Group’s parent company.
