Kaplan expects revenue and operating results to be adversely impact by COVID-19 for the remainder of 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic adversely impacted Kaplan’s operating results in the first half of 2020. Government-imposed travel restrictions and school closures, together with licensing bodies postponing or cancelling scheduled examinations and a significant number of students deciding to defer their studies, resulted in Kaplan posting an operating income down 67% in the six months ended 30 June 2020.
