Cognita says its global operating model has proven to be “very resilient” in the face of challenges posed by the pandemic

Cognita, the Jacobs Holding-owned global K-12 schools group, has reported an adjusted EBITDA of £124.5m for the year ended 31 August 2021, on revenue up 2.6% to £515.3m, according to the accounts of its immediate parent company filed recently at Companies House.
