CMA says schools could lose out in YPO’s £50m acquisition of Findel

The Competition and Markets Authority has provisionally found that YPO’s proposed acquisition of Findel Education could leave schools worse off, with few alternative close competitors to the merged company, concluding that at this stage its initial view is that the acquisition should be blocked.
