Chegg launches beta version of CheggMate after company reveals impact of ChatGPT on new customer acquisition

Chegg, the NYSE-listed direct to student digital learning platform, has launched the beta version of CheggMate, the company’s new AI enhanced learning service, which aims to make learning more personalised and effective by pairing the company’s proprietary data and subject matter experts with OpenAI’s GPT-4.
