Revenue down 6% at Haven Books as investors waive loan note interest

Haven Books, the provider of book collections to schools controlled by Key Capital Partners, has reported a 4% fall in EBITA to £617k (2010: £646k) for the year ended 31 August 2011 on revenue down 6% to £5.63m (2010: £6.02m).
