Revised terms values SkillSoft at $1.2bn

SkillSoft PLC – the NASDAQ quoted e-learning company – has finally reached agreement on the terms of a revised recommended acquisition of the company for cash by SSI Investments III Limited, a company formed by funds managed by Berkshire Partners, Advent International Corporation and Bain Capital Partners.
