Not content with playing a leading hand in the BBC jam fiasco via its Content Advisory Board, BECTA is now seeking to spend £140k recruiting two Directors; one of ‘Efficiency and Productivity’ and the other of ‘Personalisation and Leadership’. Whoever wins these roles will have their work cut out trying to change an organisation that’s neither efficient nor productive and whose strapline should be – ‘Becta, we’re really the DfES or BBC!
