Last month’s acquisition of CPFR Solutions by Capita Children’s Services further strengthens Capita’s ability to deliver an integrated Every Child Matters solution for local authorities. CPFR’s e-start technology will be integrated with Capita’s Extended Management System. CPFR is a good buy for Capita because it puts them into the rapidly expanding SureStart sector where CPFM’s data management system is the dominant player.
