Kip McGrath, the Australian-listed tutoring company, is set to buy back the UK master franchise held by Alan and Lucy Briggs. Briggs, a former Australian head teacher, took on the master franchise five years ago after running the largest franchise in Australia. After five successful years the couple are looking for a new challenge and are thought to be looking at education opportunities in the Middle East.

When Kip McGrath Australia take over in August they are expected to launch the first ever national media campaign for a tutoring brand. How much will be spent, with whom, and in what channels is unknown.
