Findel have announced the disposal of 30 outlet clearance stores and will now dispose of surplus stock and returned goods via internet sales. Sales at its education business remain weak, and Findel’s management have still not announced whether they will separate the education division from the Home Shopping businesses. Outside education, Findel have become involved with the Farepak imbroglio, by buying Farepak’s customer database from the receivers BDOStoy Hayward. Findel also purchased kitbag.com, iwantoneofthose and Kleeneze from the administrators working on the subsidiaries of European Home Retail, the company who also owned Farepak before it went into administration.
