Alan Johnson was all over the media giving sound bites about how the Learning Outside the Classroom manifesto will ‘improved guidance and improved training for teachers in evaluating and managing risk’.
Great but what about if you want a school group to visit your workplace? Do you wade through the Learning Outside the Classroom manifesto (if you can find it)? Possibly, but the first thing you should do is to sort out the potential Health and Safety issues – something that’s now a doddle thanks to a special website set up just by EFF.
