VT Education has been appointed as a Strategic Partnering Organisation (SPO) for Greenwich Council’s £290m BSF programme. Paul Lester, VT’s Group Chief Executive said, ‘Greenwich is the first BSF contract to be let in London and a major step forward for our Education and Skills business’.
