Bouyques for Education and the Community (BPEC) has been appointed as the preferred supplier for Waltham Forest’s £12m BSF programme. The partnership consists of Bouygues UK (the local subsidiary of the Bouygues Group, a major French construction and media/telecoms company), HSBC and Ramesys. This must be a bit of a slap in the face for Amey and Nord Anglia whose EduAction JV provides educational services to Waltham Forest LEA.
