Teach First is a business-led initiative to train exceptional graduates in priority subjects to work as teachers in secondary schools in challenging circumstances.Teach First participants gain QTS at the end of the first year of this two year programme. 

The Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA) now invites tenders from high quality accredited ITT providers to deliver the regional teacher training element of the Teach First programme in one or both of the following areas:

• Greater London
• The Midlands

Training will be employment-based leading to QTS.

The successful bidder will begin work from spring 2007, with training commencing late June 2007.

It is estimated that the value of this work will be within band: D for Greater London and C for the Midlands.

B £50, 001.00 to £144, 000.00
C £144, 001.00 to £500, 000.00
D £500, 001.00 to £1, 000, 000.00
E over £1, 000, 000.00
