Ramesys have been appointed as the preferred bidder for phase one, the IT component of Manchester’s £200m BSF program. Ramesys will have to work with Balfour Beatty and Laing O’Rourke, who are responsible for the design and construction elements of the project. Interestingly the first school that Ramesys will work with is Wright Robinson Sports College which is being redeveloped under a PFI contract with Hochtief and Barclays Private Equity.
