The Open University (OU) has decided to use the Visitor Information Behaviour System (VIBS) from Site Intelligence to convert its online data into more useful business information.

 

The OU has recently been making a significant investment to upgrade its online presence and VIBS, along with several other business information systems, will be used to maximise the R.O.I. from the OU’s website.
