Literally – as Solihull Council have selected BAM PPP as the preferred bidder for its £74m BSF project. BAM PPP is the PPP investment division of the Dutch company Royal BAM Group NV. HGB Construction will build the schools and HGB Facilities Management will provide soft services, both are part of the Royal BAM Group.
