Based in East Yorkshire the newly appointed Divisional Director will take full responsibility for the sales activity of a successful Education ICT business. Reporting directly to the COO, the appointed individual will be expected to:

·   Drive the sales teams to achieve the financial targets set by the Board

·   Develop the overall sales proposition to ensure the Group keeps abreast of what the market requires

·   Identify and develop profitable new customers within the Education market

·   Recruit, motivate and develop the highest level of sales professionals in the Education market.

In addition the Divisional Director will co-ordinate the activities of the local senior management team (including finance and support services) to ensure the company delivers a first class service to its customers. As part of the Education Board, the Divisional Director will also assist in developing the Company's strategy for Education. The Board will consist of the COO, Divisional Director, Business Development Director and key first line reports
