Google Print is being sued by American publishers for copyright breach and one of the five plaintiffs is Pearson Education. The case, which is being heard in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, is being watched by publishers and authors from around the world who are worried that Google Print will infringe their intellectual property rights.
