This month we were contacted by a US company asking if Granada Learning was for sale. Whilst we can’t obtain any information at this stage to confirm or deny the rumor, Granada Learning might be an interesting target for ex-Granada Chairman, Sir Gerry Robinson’s new investment vehicle Raphoe Management. Raphoe’s aim is to target underperforming UK companies and turn them around for the benefit of all shareholders rather than seeing all the value go to private equite firms.
