Thanks to sponsorship from Toshiba, Microsoft and Syscap, the Specialist Schools Trust have been able to run their Futures Vision competition, highlighting the best use of ICT in education. Next week will see the start of the Futures Visions bus tour that will take 80 key decision makers from industry and education to the 18 winning schools around the country.
According to Elizabeth Reid, Chief Executive of the Trust, ‘The Futures Vision tour is the first event of its kind in the UK to bring education, business and technology leaders from across the country together to experience at first-hand the great work which is going on in our most technologically innovative schools. Through this award and the tour of schools, teachers’, pupils’ and parents’ achievements are being recognised by leaders of industry. We are delighted to have the support of Microsoft, as well as Toshiba and Syscap’.
