Sheffield City Council has provisionally appointed Paradigm for its £320m BSF program. Paradigm’s members include Taylor Woodrow Construction, Taylor Woodrow Facilities Management, Civica (ICT), HLM and BDP Architects and HSBC. Civica, who will be delivering the IT component of the project, have already announced they have developed a Virtual Learning Environment (VLM) working with Dell and Microsoft. Paradigm were also on the shortlist of bidders for Lancashire’s BSF program, won by the Catalyst Education Consortium.
