Academy Services, the joint venture between Kier Project Investment and Dexia Private Bank, has won the £79m, twenty five-year PFI deal from Norfolk County Council. The contract includes the construction of five new primary schools and major works at a large secondary school.

While the construction being undertaken by Kier Eastern is scheduled for completion in 2008, Kier Managed Services will deliver the wider contract for soft-services such as grounds and facilities maintenance and cleaning.
