Kier and Dexia Public Finance Bank are the preferred bidders for a £100m PFI education project to provide two new schools for Oldham Borough Council. The new schools will replace Failsworth and Radclyffe secondary schools. Moss Construction, a Kier subsidiary, has started work on a £13m redevelopment of Stroud tertiary college.
