AIM-listed Education Development International (EDI) have announced the purchase of Joint Examining Board Limited (JEB) for £425K. JEB are accredited by the Curriculum and Qualifications Authority in the UK and provide vocational training and ICT teaching qualifications for professional staff. JEB have a strong presence in Ireland which EDI hope to build upon.
