Investors In The Community (IITC) have won the Leeds Combined Secondary Schools project worth approximately £100m. IITC consists of Carillion (design & build contractor), MITIE Facilities Management, Seymour Harries Keppie (architects), Buro Happold (engineering), RBC Capital Markets (financial advisors), Sumitomo Banking Corp (senior lender), NIB Capital Group (senior lender), Beachcroft Wansboroughs and Allen & Overy (legal).
