The expanded Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT) are seeking to recruit a Head of Academy Sponsor Relations cum Policy Advisor to Sir Cyril Taylor. Previously this role was the remit of Rona Kiley and her team at the Academy Sponsors Trust. Since its effective takeover by the SSAT late last year, there has been ongoing speculation about what role if any there would be for the AST team within SSAT. It now looks as if the answer is none and that Sir Cyril wants to build an entirely new team.
