The Royal School of Military Engineering has short listed the Holdfast Training Services Consortium as the preferred bidder for a training, infrastructure and support services contract worth £1b worth over 30 years. Holdfast owners are WS Atkins 25%, Babcock International Group plc 48% and Mowlem plc 26%.
