Nord Anglia is consolidating their head office to Burton and as a result their Cheadle headquarters (including freehold) are on the market for £2.7m. Also for sale are 13 small nurseries which do not fit with Nord Anglia’s nursery strategy. The combined value of the 13 businesses is £2.5m, with each nursery being sold via local agents.
